OUR DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING ARE SPOT ON
The AFX design concept, and its manufacturing techniques ensures that all equipment is manufactured according to stringent standards. In most cases, our manufacturing procedures produce a level of quality well within our own stringent specified limits. AFX aligns its agitator shaft assemblies using sophisticated techniques, making it possible for us to produce shafts more than 20 metres.
MANUFACTURING "EXOTIC MATERIALS" FOR A RANGE OF INDUSTRIES
We manufacture in a range of ‘exotic’ materials in line with your industry requirements. Apart from manufacturing in carbon steels, and across the stainless steel range, AFX is also able to offer you products in SAF2205: Hastelloys, as well as Titanium, to name a few.

AFX’s ongoing R&D, and continuously improving manufacturing techniques, ensures that its product range assists processing plants in achieving optimum process results with the minimum. Our refurbished in-house testing area, and a full-scale research laboratory will offer additional advantages.
ENERGY EFFICIENT DESIGN
With increasing emphasis on global energy usage, AFX carefully considers power usage on all products. Our range of peristaltic pumps uses a unique roller design to reduce power usage and increase hose life. Our careful selection and impeller geometry on our agitators ensures optimum power and operating efficiencies.
